Run the installer
Download the EXE and follow setup. It installs for your Windows account and adds a Start menu shortcut.

Open Apothicon
Open the Start menu shortcut. The first start prepares the private Python environment. Choose your workspace and Mod Tools folder in setup.

Connect your client
Open Connections, select your installed AI client, and click Connect or follow Copy setup. Sign in through the client's usual interface, then start a new session.

The source ZIP and docs cover Python and uv setup. Documentation search and original source authoring also work without Mod Tools.
